丝包线：颗铜线缠绕玻璃纤维丝作为绝缘外皮。
漆包线：颗铜线经化工绝缘材料漆附着作为绝缘外皮。
丝包线的击穿电压只有几百伏，漆包线的击穿电压为几千伏，若绝缘没问题的话，我认为互换是可以的。
